The Irish mental health service Jigsaw helps young people aged 12-25 who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems before they become more serious and require longer and more intensive support.

You can get free, text-based support with a clinician online through 1:1 webchats if you’re between 12-25 years old or join a group chat.

Jigsaw requires parental or guardian consent if the child is under 18.

If you are a parent or guardian of a young person between the ages of 12 and 18, you can call or email your local Jigsaw center.
