 Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance

The Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance is a means-tested once-off payment aimed at helping families with the extra costs of clothing and footwear when children start school each autumn. The Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance scheme is open from 1 June to 30 September each year.

 Fuel Allowance

If you are in receipt of a long term Social Welfare Payment (more that 1 year with at least 312 claim paid days) you may be entitled to a Fuel Allowance Payment. Please note that you will not qualify for this payment if you reside in accommodation that provides low cost subsidised heating.
