The Irish youth mental health charity Jigsaw helps young people aged 12-25 who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems before they become more serious and require longer and more intensive support.
You get free one to one support with a mental health professional either in person, online or over the phone, whichever suits you.
Jigsaw requires parental or guardian consent if the child is under 18.
If you are a young person that would like support, or the parent or guardian of a young person under 18 years old, you can call, email or drop into your local Jigsaw service.
