Online Learning (engaging with the Ukrainian curriculum while residing in Ireland)

Section 14 of the Education (Welfare) Act 2000, any child between the ages of 6 and 16, who is being educated solely in a place other than a recognised school must apply to be registered with Tusla.  Tulsa’s Alternative Education Assessment and Registration Service (AEARS) is responsible for the regulation of provision of education in places other than recognised schools and to make an assessment of education provision.

The State Examinations Commission

The State Examinations Commission is responsible for the development, assessment, accreditation and certification of the second-level examinations of the Irish state: the Junior Cycle and the Leaving Certificate.  The State Examinations Commission is a non-departmental public body under the aegis of the Department of Education.
