You can order the renewal or exchange of a driver’s licence in Ukraine online via:

✔ “Дія” app
In the “Електроні послуги” section, select the service you need, fill in all the fields, pay the money, specify the Ukrposhta branch for delivery of the new licence (to the address of friends or relatives who can help you get and then send a new driving licence abroad).
The law provides for up to 5 days to issue a driver’s licence. And when ordering an online service, the law provides for up to 10 days to review the application, plus logistics services are provided separately.
When ordering an online driver’s licence exchange service, the photo in the new document remains the same as the one in the registers.
Please note that there is no requirement to exchange old driving licences for new ones. All driver’s licences previously issued in Ukraine are considered valid. However, at the driver’s request, such an exchange of old for new can be carried out at any time.
When obtaining a new driving licence, a person receives a document with a validity period of 30 years from the date of issue, unless it was a driving licence issued for the first time.
If the driver has lost or stolen the first driver’s licence issued for 2 years, the driver will receive a new document indicating the validity of the lost or stolen licence.
To order such a service online, your certificate must already be reflected in the electronic registers. It is worth reminding you that electronic databases were introduced in Ukraine in 2013. Therefore, not all previously issued driving licences can be exchanged with an online order. In this case, the service is available to the driver only offline.
