You can receive legal confirmation of the authenticity of your Ukrainian diploma – an extract with an electronic signature and seal – directly to your email. To do this, you need to contact the Service of verification of documents on higher education https://info.edbo.gov.ua/edu-documents/
The service allows you to confirm the authenticity of state-issued higher education documents issued since 2000. Only information on graduates of higher military education institutions and military training units of higher education institutions remains unavailable.
To confirm the authenticity of documents, it is enough to fill in a form on the website of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education, specifying the details of the diploma and the personal data of its holder. The system generates a confirmation, affixes an electronic signature and seal to it, and sends it to the email address specified by the requestor within 3 business days.
Such a request can be made not only by individuals who hold diplomas, but also by higher education institutions, members of parliament, official institutions, journalists and other interested parties who have the document data.
